Welcome to the Mount Vernon Yacht Club Website!This purpose of our site is to pass club information to members and to provide information to the public regarding the club, its activities, and its membership. Mount Vernon Yacht club is located at the confluence of Dogue Creek and the Potomac River in Mount Vernon, Virginia. It is in Yacht Haven Estates sub-division, a quiet community, one and a half miles from the historic Mount Vernon Estate. Our club offers a wide variety of activities for members including an active swim team, a power fleet, a sail fleet, and many other activities and social events year-round.
