Use of the Membership Directory is governed by the MVYC Privacy Policy. In order to view the Membership Directory, you will need to acknowledge that you have read, understand, and will abide by this policy.

The MVYC privacy policy is simple: we do not sell, rent or give away our database of personal information, nor do we let anyone use it for any form of commercial advertising. We use it only for Club-related business.
The database includes mailing addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, children's
names and vessel information. We collect this information from membership applications and from direct requests by our members.
We only provide database access to MVYC members who request it. Non-members may
not access the database, and members may not provide login access to anyone who is not
a member. Members may edit database information by contacting the Webmaster or the
Membership Chair.
The Club does not use the database for commercial advertisements or solicitations, and
does not condone such use by its members. Members MAY NOT distribute the database
or email list to anyone who is not a Club member, and members may not use the database
for non-Club-related mail or telephone solicitations.
Members may not send email messages to the entire email list. Any message intended
for the entire email list must be sent to the Webmaster; the Club reserves the right to edit
such messages or refuse to forward them.
We include email addresses in our database for two reasons. When the Club needs to
inform its members of upcoming meetings, social events and other official Club business,
email provides a fast, cheap way to supplement printed communications such as The
Beacon. Also, the email list lets members find individual email addresses to
communicate with each other more easily.
Although the Club has no authority to govern how individual members use individual
addresses from the email list, members are strongly discouraged from using the email list
for inappropriate material -- especially advertisements. The Webmaster has made
available special web pages where members may post notices and advertisements that are
not appropriate for the email list.
